+ remembering last night's successful re-creation of the delicious dish i had at the thai-place-next-to-joe's-smoke-shop the other night with the dancer: wide rice noodles, broccoli, carrots and tofu in a kind of light soy-based stir-fry sauce. i don't know why, but it just hits the spot.
