ohhhh, my baby's off to middle school. and yes, i'm nearly as teary-eyed as that fateful day i dropped him off at kindergarten and then wept all the way home in the car.
and the weather is behaving appropriately for the first day of school/end of summer: my fingers are frozen and i'm shivering inside a big sweater.
