thanks to some kind friends, bean and boo had the opportunity to go to the beach yesterday, finally. boo, by the way, wore a pair of his $3.99 swim trunks, while bean was stuck with boxer shorts and a tank top. never fear, though, there is a blue and white polka-dotted swimsuit on its way to my house even as we speak, and it has bean's name on it. well, not literally.
