mmm... fettuccine with vegan alfredo sauce from
vegan planet, so good. the creaminess comes from a combination of ground almonds and tofu, the flavor from sauteed onions in a tiny bit of white wine, nutmeg, and a pinch of cayenne.
bean sauteed the onions, arranging them into a star...why? because that's just the kind of chef she is.
