well, here she is, the old rancilio! it's pretty huge for our kitchen, takes up quite a little piece of counter space, and we're still not sure it's a good thing to have constant access to high quality lattes. m worked really hard getting it all nicely plumbed this weekend (i estimate he made about eight trips to the hardware store), and he drilled a perfect wee hole in the counter, too. it's pretty fun to have it here. want to come over for coffee?

I'm there, and so is Lucky Pierre! And Michaela, next time she's home. She's the one who infomred me of the installation of the espresso machine. She finished her last paper and then went directly to your blog! I guess she has her post-college priorities in order.
