oh, all right, since you insist on knowing what boo ate for lunch today... chocolate chip waffles made with a wheat-free mix (this one wasn't so great -- we tried pamela's waffle mix when some wheat-free friends came over for brunch a few weeks ago, and it was delicious. this one is heavy on the rice flour, and the waffles come out pretty dense. but anything's good with chocolate chips, right?). there's maple syrup in the little purple container, though i doubt he'll partake. below, looking weird in this photo, are veggie sausage patties, and in the upper right hand corner are organic strawberries. chocolate silk on the side, cause there's a chocolate theme going on today.
