homemade baked samosas, with curried potato, carrot, and edamame filling. you can see the cilantro-coconut sauce (kind of a chutney) on the side, plus a bowl of extra filling, yum. these were yet another
vegan with a vengeance recipe, and while they were pretty good, they weren't quite as worth the effort as the
aforementioned vegan crepe/dosas.

i disagree. i think they were fabulous, although not quite as delightful as the crepes.
